Dear Friends,

Last night, God put Sudan on my heart. He said I should send things there. I have found away to hook up with Voice of the Martyrs. I can send thousands of action packs with your help.

God really put his heart for Sudan on me Friday, April 27 2007. There are thousands of 8 year old Christian - Killers in Sudan out there. Hardly anyone has beds, nice clothes, or even food. They have no video games, computers, or anything we take for granted. This morning I made a website explaining things. Click Here.

When I saw photos, I started crying. I normally don't cry over these things, but God put a burden on me for Sudan. My vision is to send thousand of action packs each year. I we can't do it alone. Thats why I am asking you to money or things to put in the action packs. Suggestions are:

It was really fun at the Omega Intensive, but when I got hto our host home, the fact that it was 11:00 diden't make me tired. 12 mini donuts, candy, and every other junk food possible. Ok, we have been out of town for the last 1/2 week or so. But for the past 1/4th week, Sioux Falls, SD. If you have ever have met the Hickeys, they have an oppisitte of southern hospitality. They've got northern hospitality, and it's way better!!

My grandma came home (she lives with us) from work with a chopper bike for the family. Luckily, I will be the only one riding it for a couple of years cause i can fit. I can go crusin' on it though. Last night, we rode 1/2-2 blocks away to a curvy road thig (1/2 couldesac, 1/2 fork in the road) but it had a hill going down gor about 10 feet. i rode from the top to are house with my feet resting between the handle bars.

Classic Bohlender Stunt - I forgot I was fasting junk food and not media so I helped myself to a slushy, chips, and twizzlers only to come home to find I was fasting Junk Food, Media was an optional "Add In"

Theres a storm comin' - To Quote my father "We walked out the front door this morning full of faith, having spent time with the Lord...

Only to find our landscaping covered in TP and the Suburban decorated with pictures of pizza and kettle chips bags and a sign that said "happy fasting"! There was also a hand drawn cartoon called Fasting Bob that I will scan and post later."

Fasting - The No Burger Lifestyle

Until I was about 7 years old, I pondered "What is fasting". Then when I was 7 1/2, I realized it was simply starving yourself so you can be hungry at the end of the 40 days and to impress others (the Food Channel was the only station on tv at the time, except for the blurry Dr. Phil). Anyway, now my 10 year old mind is racing around thinking "Is that really all there is to it?". I don't think so . I mean, come on here, who are we trying to impress. I guess i am trying to convince myself of this.

And to An open letter to Mr. Louis Engle

Dear Mr. Engle,

Why has the number '40' come t0 your mind while thinking about a fast?
I think there was a reason God called it a Fast. Using it's original definition "Fast" means 'quick' or 'quickly paced'. I do not think 40 days is using its original meaning of the word.

Western Church vs. Eastern Church

For the first in the Verses Series, the Western Church vs. Eastern Church is a probably the best one if you know what I mean.

Western Church-

The Western Church is more sleeping (asking "Should we go to church today" on Sunday Morning) then the Eastern. Although it is waking up slowly, it needs more work. The Western Church is more thinking wear nice clothes, have a nice building, and is a "This-Promo-Didn't-Work-So-We-Need-More-People" kind of thinking.
All though there is a few churches that really love God, most of the people are like the above sentences above.

Eastern Church-

The Eastern Church is more active, secretive, and rustic kind of churches. They have power when they pray. Not to say that the Western Church doesn't, but they don't want to. They train there children to fast, pray, and dance for the Holy Spirit.
They honor the government while honoring the true one, to. They want to love God while loving God. But still, some churches are like Western Church.

I just got home from the Bohlender Family Favorite, Costco, King of Food Samples. Service was out of this world. That was not a compliment. It was like Washington DC busy with Twin Oaks, CA service. In Twin Oaks, it takes about 20 minutes for a hot dog. Lets just say this wasnt the best grocery shopping experience for the Bohlenders.

October 23, 2001 - First iPod introduced (I didnt get one until 2006)

Somewhere in between here - Went into the pine cone buisness, selling pine cones door to door for a buck each (NOTE: It was either a muddy day or im a muddy child, but im leaning torward the 2nd one, but some lady bought 3, i think she thought i was an orphan. Then she saw my dad running after me looking for me. She nearly fainted.)

Preserving the Sea - Why did God give Science?

Preserving the sea needs to happen - why cant they just say that in the "Ocean" section of every science textbook in America? I might be able to get a future in math, and maybe even language, but science just doesn't make sense. I'm only guessing, but probably only 2 out of every 18 children in America become Scientists, Ecologist, Geologists, or Climatologists. And what do I think about history? Double the size of the books! Tell me what kind of toothpicks Lewis and Clark use after too much beef jerky! What was Columbus thinking when he rode the ocean green! (what did i tell you just to put in the ocean section)!

To do science or history, that is the question?

Night At The Museum

Yesterday, we went to the "Cleanest Movie of 2006" according to Plugged In Online, the movie
in theaters everywhere, the most original movie ever, and the funniest movie you could ever see, Night At The Museum. We went with the Roberts and went to T-Rex Cafe afterwards. My favorite part of the movie was when the guy found the microphone to the museum and started humming "Eye of The Tiger". And there was also the time when Jedidiah was introduced. And when Larry softened Attilla the Huns heart. And there was also... Well, you get the point, it was a good movie
